jili.ok reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete, or where it has reason to believe that the account is being used for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
All financial transactions on jili.ok are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). jili.ok supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank.
Deposits: Deposits are credited to your jili.ok wallet upon confirmation of receipt by the Platform. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited instantly. jili.ok does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. jili.ok processes withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider. In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, jili.ok's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall jili.ok's total aggregate liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In the event of a dispute between you and jili.ok, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication with jili.ok's customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.
For disputes relating to the regulatory conduct of jili.ok, players may also file a complaint with PAGCOR through the official channels established by that authority.
